C.T. Purcell offers complete site work services to its clients. We understand the importance of customer service both on and off the construction site. Our clients deal directly with the CEO/CFO and President of the Company. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

TECHNOLOGY

C.T. Purcell, Inc. utilizes the latest in equipment and equipment technology including Topcon's GPS+ equipment automation. Topcon's GPS+ grading automation reduces errors by grading within 1/10' or less and tracks both GPS (U.S.) and GLONASS (Russian) satellites which ensures that the equipment utilizing GPS+ will not have downtime from too few satellites. By tracking two sets of satellites, Topcon GPS+ is the most advanced and comprehensive GPS system in the industry today.

C.T. Purcell, Inc. works closely with the top GPS technical and survey professionals in the industry. By working closely with these industry professionals, C.T. Purcell is able to transform site plans from 2D to 3D. If necessary or requested, C.T. Purcell is able to provide its clients with presentations demonstrating how the client's site/ property will be transformed using 3D graphics.

SAFETY

C.T. Purcell maintains a rigorous safety program comprising of written safety manuals, written hazard communication and emergency response plans. All written plans are distributed to employees prior to working with C.T. Purcell, Inc. and frequently updated to incorporate new requirements by OSHA and VOSH. In addition, C.T. Purcell conducts weekly toolbox talks as well as monthly safety updates in each employees' paycheck.

C.T. Purcell, Inc. partners with Circle Safety and Health Consultants, LLC of Richmond, Virginia. Circle Safety performs monthly site audits, develops written safety related manuals, conducts an annual safety meeting and works side by side with C.T. Purcell to accommodate any additional safety needs our clients may have.

The CEO/CFO, President, Project Manager, Project Supervisor and one Project Superintendent of C.T. Purcell have completed the 10-hour OSHA General Industry and Construction course.
